ZQRACING.COM offers flat rate shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Shipping to other states and overseas territories will incur an additional charge.
We also offer shipping options to Canada, New Zealand, UK, and most countries in the EU. But for Australian customers, please head over to zqracing.com.au for your purchase.
International shipping fees vary from different regions. Please use the shipping calculator or simply enter your address at check-out for shipping costs and options.
Due to carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. So please Double-Check and provide a current residential or business address to prevent delivery delays.
You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as the package is on its way, along with a dispatch confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk mailbox if you didn’t receive any notifications before contact us.
Typical Shipping Time:
Orders will normally be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt. Delivery time is normally weekdays between 9 am-6 pm local time.
Due to the COVID outbreak and local restrictions, courier transit time has been increased to an average of 7-15 business days from dispatch.
In case of a delay in transit, please contact the courier using tracking info in the dispatch notice email. In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem. If you require a signature on delivery or any other special requests please let us know at the time of order in the ‘order notes’.
If you need to change any details after you place the order, make sure you done it by replying directly to the order confirmation email you received at the time of ordering in a timely fashion, as we are unable to make any changes to the order after dispatch.
Pre-orders normally shipped within 3 business days of the suggested pre-order ETA date.
